I have put several wood structure kits together and this has one of the best “feels” of the wood I have experienced. The details are incredible and it looks absolutely amazing. I had several “Whoa, that’s awesome!” moments as I was putting it together. Instructions were 98% perfectly clear (I know that’s an ironic statement, there was only a couple steps that were confusing). The cheesy LotR references I’m sure are necessary to avoid copyright stuff, so that’s fine I guess. Only 2 downsides: 1. The lights were not working great (acted like there was a short). I contacted the seller about a PCB replacement and they wanted pictures. I noticed all the lights operate straight off the voltage provided by the batteries and since there’s an external switch on the battery compartment, I didn’t need the PCB. So I just joined all the positives together and all the negatives together and voila, works perfectly.2. The clear plastic front cover didn’t fit. Tried all the combinations of orientation and couldn’t get it into the slots. So I just sandwiched it in there, and it works okay. I might glue the edges together so it stays. Just wish it fit as well as everything else.
