Grand Cru Cigne Stem High Polish 70mm is a stem inspired by the old gooseneck stems of Ibis and Cunningham, but with a few adjustments for modern 1 1/8″ ahead forks, fits 31.8mm handlebars. 145mm vertically from the bottom of the stem to the center handlebar clamp. A very practical stem if you want the handlebars to sit high and don't want to use a lot of spacer.
