WHAT I’M MADE OF Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethanol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium Phosphate. HOW TO USE ME Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (Generally 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste). Important Note: Do not make tint too watery as this will not result in the desired effect.
