J.J. Corry Cliffs of Moher Irish Whiskey is a remarkable blend of Single Malt, Pot Still, and Grain Irish Whiskeys, matured in ex-Bourbon casks from Kentucky and Sherry casks from Jerez. This unique collaboration with the Cliffs of Moher Experience captures the influence of the Atlantic winds and coastal climate on the aging process, resulting in a whiskey that’s both refined and expressive. Nine 50-liter barrels were placed in a purpose-built tower at the Cliffs, allowing the environment to shape the whiskey’s character. The result is a sweet, citrus-forward expression with layers of spice and coastal complexity.
